Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions — we simply believe delivery should be easy and stress-free.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as we’ve handed your parcel to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within the United States. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we’ll be sure to let our community know first.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just reach out to us at hello@zaytasequra.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it might take a little longer to appear on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry if something arrives damaged. Please email us at hello@zaytasequra.com with a brief description and, if possible, a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Can I update or cancel my order?
